Tocabe in Denver

Lunch! At Tocabe. It was great. Dave had bison.It was a take on native American food. Kinda like Chipotles. Stand in line, choose the base- we had fry bread, add meat – Daves was bison, I was chicken, (hah) then add all sorts of things. Dave had posole, I got a jicama salsa… it was way good and different.
